Vintage 1939 Packard Super 8 Hood Ornament Goddess Of Speed

My research says this is a 1939 Packard Super 8 hood emblem with the chrome base attached. It could be anywhere from 1937-1940 or so. It is in good vintage condition. I see no cracks or breaks anywhere, it has some pitting of the chrome. The chrome base is removable. Like most of the vintage ones I have seen, It is missing the long glass wing it likely had originally, This is a rare survivor of about 85 years old. I would think that a wing could be fabricated to fit from stained glass or plexi. The blue glass it is sitting on is not included.
