BURNDY Y34A HYDRAULIC CRIMPER - NOT WORKING

Here we have a used Burndy Y34A hydraulic crimper. It does not pump up. It was in a bunch of tools that I bought at an auction. I don't know any more than that. The handle pump moves freely as does the release knob. The head swivels easily. It has an insulated head and handles. No dies are included except as shown in the photos. It does not have a carrying case.
